Machine and equipment operator is a profession for people who are open to technical innovations and want to learn more about food production methods using modern techniques and technologies. During the process of learning students will acquire skills of using machines and equipment to produce selected products in food industry, e.g. industrial production of bread, meat, dairy products.
They will learn to operate modern devices and automated technological lines and use technical and technological documentation and specialized computer programs.

Machine and equipment operator is a profession for people who are open to technical innovations and want to learn more about food production methods using modern techniques and technologies. During the process of learning students will acquire skills of using machines and equipment to produce selected products in food industry, e.g. industrial production of bread, meat, dairy products.

technical and technological documentation and specialized computer programs.The course of study
Vocational school lasts 3 years.
The curriculum includes:
general education subjects in line with the curriculum at a first-cycle vocational school,
professional subjects related to the technique and technology of food production, preparation for running a business and foreign language learning. Vocational subjects are conducted in the form of theoretical and
practical classes. Theoretical classes are conducted at school. Students have the opportunity to perform exercises in the field of food production technology in school workshops, equipped with professional food processing equipment.
In the first and second grades, students attend classes at school three days a week, for two days practical classes at the workplace; in the third grade, school learning lasts two days, practical classes three days.

Exams
At the end of the third grade, students take a vocational qualification exam
"Production of food products using machines and devices."
After passing the exam, they receive professional qualification certificates issued by the District Examination Commission. People who pass the vocational exam and graduate from school will receive a diploma of profession: operator of machines and equipment in the food industry.And after you graduate, you can work in:
· modern food plants,
· production departments of hyper- and supermarkets,
· companies dealing with food storage and distribution,
· companies producing semi-finished food products,
- continue your education at a 2-year Secondary Vocational School, after completing which you can obtain food technology technician title and pass the high school leaving exam,
- run your own company.
